Epithalon 10mg

Epithalon 10mg, also known as Epitalon or AEDG, is a synthetic research peptide studied in connection with healthy ageing, cellular health and longevity.

Researchers are particularly interested in Epithalon because laboratory studies suggest it may activate telomerase—an enzyme that helps maintain telomeres, the protective ends of chromosomes that naturally shorten as cells age. Research has explored its potential effects on telomere length, cellular lifespan, antioxidant activity and age-related biological changes (Khavinson et al., 2003; Anisimov et al., 2003; Araj et al., 2025).

Epithalon has also been investigated in sleep-wake cycle and pineal-gland research. However, most evidence comes from cell, animal or small older studies, so these potential effects should not be treated as proven anti-ageing or health benefits in people.
